Welcome to the KR training Academy a result based, sports performance program for athletes of all ages. This program incorporates injury prevention as well as strength and conditioning training tailored to your position. The KR academy is led by former professional athletes who can attest to the superiority of the program, and consist of five distinct tiers. Tiers 1 & 2 involve high intensity and high-repetition movements to decrease the risk of sports-related injury. Tier 3 is where we will focus on developing a stable base (core, hips & shoulders) while working eccentric/stable & unstable movements . Tier 4 consist of explosive movements which target the larger muscle groups. Tier 5 is the peak and maintain phase where athletes train speed & transform into ELITE form. Our program aims to maximize the mental and physical potential of every athlete who walks through our doors.
